ORGANISED. HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT.

• Room setup: I use a meeting room or quiet corner with access to power. I bring a mobile studio setup, so your team stays on site.

• Timings: Most people take 5-10 minutes. I can run booked time slots, a drop-in flow, or blend of both

• Slot system: If you want it, I'll provide a simple sign-up link and an internal email you can send to the team. That keeps everything moving without you chasing people

• What staff receive: Each person reviews images during their slot, then receives their finished headshots) in agreed crops and file sizes for Linkedin, web, and internal use
