HOW THE DAY RUNS


A corporate headshot day in the Boston area should feel calm and well organized. Here's what to expect.


  • Room setup: A meeting room or quiet corner with power. I bring a mobile studio, so nobody leaves the building.


  • Timings: 3–5 minutes each. Booked slots, drop-in, or both.


  • Slot system: I'll send a sign-up link and an internal email you can forward, so you're not chasing people.


  • What staff receive: Everyone reviews their images on the spot, then gets finished headshots cropped and sized for LinkedIn, web, and internal use.


  • What I need from you: a 10 x 10 ft space with at least 9 ft ceilings and access to power. I'm fully insured and can send a certificate of insurance if your building requires one.

FAQ

How far in advance should we book?

There's no set booking window. Send me the dates you have in mind and I'll come back with availability and a quote.

Do you come to our office?

Yes. I photograph on-site across Boston and the surrounding metro area. Send your office address along with your dates.

What if we have more than 75 people?

No problem. Larger teams run across multiple days. The rates above still apply, and I'll quote the additional days once I know your headcount.

What if our team is smaller than 35?

The rate is the same. A half day is the minimum for bringing the mobile studio to your office, so the price covers the setup and time on site rather than a headcount. Teams under 10 are welcome to get in touch for a quote.
