I'll walk your timeline with you beforehand.

For galas, the portrait station can be sponsor-funded, offering tasteful brand recognition while reducing the event’s cost.





The practical part.


Space: a 10 x 10 ft corner with 9 ft ceilings and access to power. I set up before guests arrive and pack down without an audience.

Booking: half day or full day, placed in your timeline wherever it works best.

Insurance: fully insured, with a certificate available if your venue asks for one.

Where: Boston and New England.

  • Photographer-directed posing. Individual, couple and group portraits.
  • Guests handwrite a message on their portrait.
  • Professional editing and color correction.
  • High-resolution digital images, delivered to every guest within minutes.
  • Private online gallery with digital downloads.
  • A 20-page portrait album for the host.
  • Custom branding: the guest gallery can carry your company, sponsor or event branding.

The portrait album: included with both packages, bound after the event and delivered to the host. The 20 pages cover about 120 guests. Additional pages are $100 per 10 pages.
